D\u00e8s cette premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentation, Kniberg lui-m\u00eame pr\u00e9venait :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>This is not a framework, model, or method. It\u2019s a snapshot of how we work at Spotify at a given time. Please don\u2019t copy it.<\/strong>\u201d (Henrik Kniberg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, <strong>\u201cplease don\u2019t copy it\u201d<\/strong>. Mais \u00e9videmment, beaucoup l\u2019ont fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le syndrome du cargo cult<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai vu ce \u201cmod\u00e8le\u201d appliqu\u00e9 un peu partout, parfois avec des r\u00e9sultats encourageants\u2026 mais souvent dans une logique de <strong>copie aveugle<\/strong>, sans aucune mise en perspective :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cPuisqu\u2019ils ont des squads, faisons des squads.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cPuisqu\u2019ils ont des chapters, on va mettre des chapters.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cIl nous faut des tribes ! On est trop gros pour faire autrement.\u201d<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 aucun moment, on ne se demande :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cQu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on essaie de r\u00e9soudre ? Notre contexte est-il comparable ? Est-ce vraiment ce qu\u2019il nous faut ?\u201d<\/strong><br>Et bien s\u00fbr, <strong>aucune adaptation<\/strong> r\u00e9elle aux probl\u00e9matiques locales. La transformation devient une fin en soi. On organise les \u00e9quipes, on affiche un poster, on change deux intitul\u00e9s, et\u2026 on retourne \u00e0 nos bonnes vieilles habitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quand \u00e7a marche (un peu)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, j\u2019ai aussi vu <strong>des tentatives inspir\u00e9es<\/strong> qui ont apport\u00e9 du positif.<br>Un client a utilis\u00e9 cette grille pour mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle un mod\u00e8le organisationnel (pas n\u00e9cessairement full agile, mais au moins structurant).<br>Le vrai plus : une <strong>acculturation collective<\/strong>, un accompagnement des \u00e9quipes dans la d\u00e9finition de leur <strong>p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre<\/strong>, et une <strong>progressivit\u00e9 dans l\u2019introduction des r\u00f4les syst\u00e9miques<\/strong>.<br>Des communaut\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers et techniques ont vu le jour.<br>L\u2019entreprise a retrouv\u00e9 un peu de liant entre les silos historiques.<br>Pas parfait, mais sinc\u00e8re. Quels sont vos painpoints ? Quelles mesures permettront d\u2019\u00e9valuer la transformation ? Quel est votre objectif, ici et maintenant ?\u201d<br>Une organisation agile, ce n\u2019est pas un sch\u00e9ma sur une slide. C\u2019est une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 un besoin r\u00e9el.<br>Et surtout, \u00e7a ne se copie pas. \u00c7a se <strong>construit. Ensemble. Et sur-mesure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En guise de conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors non, vous n\u2019\u00eates pas Spotify. Et <strong>c\u2019est tant mieux<\/strong>. Parce que votre contexte m\u00e9rite mieux qu\u2019une imitation.
